Pre-order (made-to-order) items have varying production lead times depending on the product.

Shipping
How long does domestic shipping take?
Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days from the shipping date via CJ Logistics.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping through Global-e, delivering to most regions worldwide, with a few country exceptions.
How much is the shipping fee?
• Domestic: Complimentary on the first attempt. (For returns or exchanges, KRW 6,000 will be deducted for round-trip shipping.)
• International: Fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged during delivery?
KIMINTE KIMHEKIM is not responsible for any loss, damage, or customs delays that occur in transit. Such issues should be addressed directly with the courier. For further assistance, please contact us at: online@kimhekim.com.
Order
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders are automatically processed for shipment immediately after placement. Therefore, changes to order information cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure all details, including address and size, are correct before confirming your order.
What payment methods are available?
We support over 150 global payment gateways, including credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Currency will be localized according to the destination country.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, it will be automatically refunded, and the remaining items will be shipped as scheduled.
Why was my order canceled?
Orders are often canceled due to item unavailability. Additionally, all products from MAISON KIMHEKIM are intended for personal use only. Orders suspected of being for resale purposes may be declined.

Return & Refund
How can I return an item?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging with tags attached.

How can I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, please email online@kimhekim.com with your order information. Once your return item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, your exchange item will be shipped.
Who is responsible for shipping fees for returns or exchanges?
• Domestic: For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears KRW 5,000 for round-trip shipping. One exchange per order is free of charge.
• International: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
In the case of defective or incorrectly delivered items, all shipping costs will be covered by us.
When will I receive my refund?
Once a return is approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. Depending on your card provider, processing may take up to 15 days.
Which items are non-returnable?
Products that are not in their original, unused condition upon return will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
