Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from KIMHEKIM.COM. Please note that your use of KIMHEKIM.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Once an order is placed, there is no guarantee that we will be able to update or modify it. Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and that you have selected the correct size before completing your order. If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address, we will not be able to refund that order.

Prices, Shipping & Delivery Time

During high order volume periods, please allow several business days for your package to be processed and shipped. While we do our best to ship as many orders as possible each day, delays may occur due to the volume. If an item in your order is out of stock, the remaining items may be shipped and the out-of-stock item will be refunded. Depending on your order, we may contact you to update the item—please keep an eye on your email inbox.

During non-holiday periods, orders are shipped from South Korea within 1–3 business days. Please allow up to one week from the ship date for delivery. If you have not received your order within 1–2 weeks after shipping, please contact online@kimhekim.com with your order number.

Domestic Shipping (South Korea)

We offer free shipping on all orders within South Korea.
All domestic orders are shipped via CJ Logistics, with delivery taking 2–4 business days from the ship date.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide (with some exceptions).
Shipping rates vary by destination, and customers can complete their purchase in their local currency at checkout.

For certain destinations, duties and taxes can be prepaid at checkout, allowing you to receive your order without additional charges upon delivery.
For other destinations, duties and taxes may be charged separately by local customs authorities upon arrival.

In some regions, free or discounted shipping may be available for orders above a specified amount.
The exact shipping cost, duties, and taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery destination.

KIMINTE KIMHEKIM Co., Ltd. or KIMHEKIM.COM is not responsible for international shipping delays such as customs clearance delays. We are also not responsible for any unclaimed packages, or if an order is returned due to unpaid customs duties or taxes—in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
